EURUSD is showing a strong reaction from an important higher-timeframe area that has previously influenced price.
On the 1-hour chart, two key reference levels stand out. The yellow level around 1.15743 corresponds with a previously formed order-block area, while the nearby 1.15687 level has acted as a repeated resistance reference.
When price returned to this broader area, buyers again appeared and price began moving higher.
The important part of this analysis is not simply that price reached the zone, but how price reacted after reaching it.
The 1-hour structure shows that the 1.15743 area previously produced a strong upward reaction. From that region, EURUSD made a significant bullish move, making the area relevant when price returned to it.
The repeated interaction around the nearby 1.15687 level also makes this region important from a price-action perspective.
When price revisited the area, the reaction suggested that the previous demand-side interest was still relevant.
This provided the higher-timeframe context for moving down to the 5-minute chart.
The lower timeframe provided the next piece of information.
After the reaction from the higher-timeframe area, EURUSD formed a Change of Character (CHOCH) to the upside on the 5-minute chart.
This was used as confirmation that short-term market structure was beginning to shift upward rather than relying solely on the higher-timeframe zone.
Following the structural shift, a more precise area of interest was identified on the 5-minute timeframe.
The marked reference area is around 1.15708, with the structure-based risk boundary positioned around 1.15601.
The analysis uses approximately one 1-hour ATR range for the risk framework, while the projected price objective is based on a 1:2 risk-to-potential-return framework.
The levels marked on the chart provide the framework for this analysis:
These are technical reference points from the chart, not guaranteed future price levels or instructions to trade.
The setup is based on the combination of higher-timeframe context and lower-timeframe confirmation.
The sequence is:
Previous order-block area → price returns to the zone → bullish reaction → 5-minute CHOCH → lower-timeframe area of interest → defined risk framework
This is different from assuming that every reaction from an order block will automatically continue in the same direction.
The higher timeframe provides the location, while the 5-minute structure provides additional information about whether market behavior is actually changing.
The key question now is whether EURUSD can maintain the structure created after the reaction from the higher-timeframe zone.
Traders can monitor:
The reaction itself is important, but the follow-through is what determines whether the structural shift remains valid.
At TradeTogether, we focus on understanding how price is behaving across different timeframes rather than forcing the market into a predetermined outcome.
For this EURUSD analysis, the 1-hour chart provided the broader context, while the 5-minute chart helped identify the structural change and refine the area of interest.
As market conditions evolve, our analysis can evolve with them.

EURUSD has reacted from a significant higher-timeframe area, with the 1.15743 region aligning with previous order-block structure. The subsequent 5-minute CHOCH provided additional evidence of a short-term bullish shift.
The key takeaway is the importance of combining location, market structure and volatility rather than relying on a single technical concept.
Price can invalidate any scenario, so these levels should be treated as analytical reference points rather than guaranteed outcomes.
